OUR STORY
How we started
Alya Bukhari first learned how to knit from her grandmother. She started off by knitting lots of scarves for her own pleasure but then she decided that she would like to use her skill to benefit others. So Alya started an organization called Blankets for Babies since she felt all babies should have a warm, handmade blanket. Alya then got together with friends and family that were knitters, crocheters and quilters to make and donate to Blankets for Babies.
